Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag of HEB Sweet Potato Fries

2  Tablespoons of Adam's Reserve Black Truffle Salt

Oil for frying

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pot to 375 degrees.

  2. Add H-E-B Sweet Potato Fries one cup at a time so you do not bring down the temperature of the oil.

  3. Place fries on a paper towel and season with Adam’s Reserve Black Truffle Salt

  4. Serve warm.
