A man is dead after his motorcycle crashed Sunday morning on the North Freeway.

The accident happened just before 3 a.m. on the North Freeway near W. Mount Houston.

Police said the driver of the motorcycle was speeding and he couldn't move around a car in front of him.

The motorcycle then ran into that car.

Investigators said they don't believe the man on the motorcycle was wearing a helmet.

The driver died at the scene.
