This week's show takes a look at the controversy surrounding Harris County's proposed redistricting map and an upcoming leadership summit chaired by Donna Cole of Cole Chemical.

Harris County Commissioners have approved a redistricting plan that has already sparked a court challenge. Reynaldo Guerra, Chairman of the Greater Houston Civic Coalition and one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, joins Kim Davis, Bill King and blogger Greg Wythe to talk about the new map and the controversy. King is a public policy expert who writes an editorial column for the Houston Chronicle.

Later, Donna Cole joins Kim to talk about a new work-life study focused on Asian-Americans and her journey as an entrepreneur. Cole credits Houston's diversity as the main reason the high level conference summit is coming to town. She also talks about some of the challenges for Asian Pacific American women and says the conference is open to everyone.
