Arrest made in Galveston baker's slaying
A Galveston man's death remains unsolved, but police say they may have a break in the case.
Juan Navarro, the owner of Padaderia Navarro Bakery in Galveston, was assaulted in January and his vehicle was stolen. Navarro later died.
Police said Harold Norwood was in possession of Navarro's vehicle after the killing.
On Sunday, police in Houston said they arrested Norwood, who was also wanted for a felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Police said they want to talk to Norwood, but so far, no charges in the death of Navarro have been filed.
