An argument between two roommates landed one of those men in a hospital.

Police said the men were arguing in their northwest Houston apartment at the Spring Branch Estates on Amelia Road and Wirt Road around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday.

At some point, one of the men took out a knife and stabbed the other one. The victim was taken to a hospital in serious condition. The other roommate was arrested.

Investigators have not said what led to the argument.
