Air conditioning unit stolen from shopping center

HOUSTON -

Police are investigating a shopping center burglary in northeast Houston.

Police said an air conditioning unit was stolen Wednesday from the shopping area on Royal Forest Drive and Kingwood Drive.

Around 1 a.m., Houston police responded to a report of a missing unit and found the debris. It was unclear which business in the shopping center was affected by the missing unit.

The crime is under investigation.
