Abandoned house catches fire

HOUSTON -

Arson investigators are working to determine was caused an abandon house to catch fire in southwest Houston.

The fire started at the duplex on Taft and Westheimer at around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Emergency crews arrived to find heavy flames and smoke coming from the duplex unit.

Firefighters made a fast attack and got the fire out quickly.

No injuries were reported.
