The wife of the pastor of Houston's largest church has been fined for an incident on a plane in December, KPRC Local 2 reported.

The Federal Aviation Administration fined Victoria Osteen $3,000 because she allegedly failed to comply with a flight attendants' instructions.

Osteen was asked to leave the Continental Airlines flight to Vail, Colo., following a disagreement with an attendant after the plane's door had been closed.

Osteen was traveling with her husband, Joel Osteen, pastor of Lakewood Church, and their two children.

The flight was delayed for more than an hour while the Osteens' luggage was removed from the aircraft.

The family took another flight to Colorado.

No criminal charges were filed against Victoria Osteen.
