Small Explosion Rocks ExxonMobil Plant
Shelter-In-Place Called For Nearby Residents

BAYTOWN, Texas -- There was a small explosion at the ExxonMobil plant in Baytown Sunday, KPRC Local 2 reported.
The blast occurred just after 6 p.m.
People who live near the refinery on West Avenue were told to stay indoors.
The plant's fire team was able to put out the flames. The Baytown Fire Department was on stand-by.
Plant officials gave the all-clear at about 6:20 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
