Woman Drives Car Into Crowd, 2 Injured

Victims Sustained Minor Injuries

HOUSTON -- Two people were injured when a woman drove her car into a crowd of people, officials told KPRC Local 2.

Officials said about 50 people gathered for a block party on Laura Koppe Road near Shady Lane at about 3 a.m. Monday.

Police said two women got into an argument and one got in her car and tried to hit the other.

Officials said the woman and a man were hit. Both suffered minor injuries.

The car then hit another car and landed in a ditch.

The driver of the car was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police have not said if the driver will face any charges.
