FRESNO, Texas -- An armed robbery at a Fort Bend County gas station was caught on tape and officials hope it helps put the crook behind bars, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.Investigators said the robber approached the counter of the Teal Run Exxon, located at 12325 State Highway 6, on Saturday pretending to be a customer.The armed man then showed the clerk a pistol and demanded money from the cash drawer, officials said.The clerk opened the register before running and hiding in the cooler area.The crook left with an undisclosed amount of cash.Surveillance cameras caught the suspect on videotape. An image from the tape was released to the media Tuesday.
