Father Of 6 Shot, Killed In Southwest Houston
Second Shooting At Complex This Week

HOUSTON -- A man was shot and killed during an argument at a southwest Houston apartment complex, KPRC Local 2 reported.
Officials said Marcus Madison Sr. and his friends were sitting in the parking lot of the Oakwood Villa Apartments on West Bellfort Street near Bob White Drive at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black tennis shoes approached the group. Police said the man fired at least one shot.
Officials said the group tried to run from the shooter, but Madison was shot multiple times. He died in the parking lot.
The shooter fled the scene.
Police said the victim and shooter, a resident at the complex, had been arguing for several weeks.
Officials said Madison, 29, was the father of six children.
