WEBSTER, Texas -- A man trying to park his vehicle accidentally crashed into two Webster-area businesses Thursday morning, KPRC Local 2 reported.

The driver was going to his insurance company on Bay Area Boulevard at Highway 3 shortly after 11 a.m. when he hit the accelerator and crashed through the front window, officials said. The vehicle also tore out the side window of Dos Mas Tex Mex Restaurant next door.

No one was in the areas of the crash, so no injuries were reported.

Both businesses sustained a lot of damage, according to witnesses.

Police did not say if the driver was cited.
