The official Web site of the Texas Lottery is the latest victim of high-tech hackers, lottery commission officials said. Instead of seeing the latest numbers for various Texas Lotto jackpots, visitors to the Web site are seeing the following message: "Until further notice, due to unauthorized tampering with at least one of the Web sites, the agency has intentionally disabled both Web sites until we can verify that all information about the Texas Lottery and Charitable Bingo is accurate." There is no word yet on who is responsible for the hacking, lottery officials said.
