HOUSTON – Investigators were on the scene in the 26000 block of Pine Mill Ranch Drive Friday night after responding to a report of a near drowning.
Authorities got the call around 7:30.
Investigators said once they got here, they found a 7-year-old boy who had nearly drowned in the community pool.
A lifeguard who was also at the pool was able to resuscitate the little boy by the time emergency crews showed up, according to reports.
Authorities said the child was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy.
There is no word on his condition at this time.
