7 accused of sending microelectronics to Russian military go to court

Oct. 4, 2012: Seven of 11 members of a Russian military procurement network who have been accused of illegally exporting microelectronics from the United States to Russian military and intelligence agencies appear in federal court in Houston. Nefertiti Jaquez reports.
