NBC News – 59-year-old Claudette Cook is the first to admit that at her age, motherhood seems impossible.
In March, she and her husband got the news they were waiting for. Claudette is pregnant with twins.
Children of her own is something Claudette has wanted for years. She and her husband of nine years never had kids, something she says was all in God's hands.
"The thing of it is, you have to wait on God. We think we want something ASAP and God is like, You know what, you're not ready for that," she says.
