The theme of the event is "Thankful to be humble". There will be a children's corner and each child will receive a "goody bag" and there will be entertainment throughout the day. The City of Humble has donated the Civic Center for the event and D.G. "Donnie" McMannis, Mayor of Humble will serve the first guests.
