HOUSTON -- A trailer hauling a mobile home slammed into an overpass in southwest Houston, Local 2 reported.
Northbound traffic on Highway 59 near state Highway 288 was at a standstill Friday afternoon after the mobile home hit an overpass and split in half at about 2 p.m.The top of the mobile home was ripped off, scattering debris everywhere on the freeway.Officials said three to four vehicles were involved in accidents because of the debris. The scene was cleared by 3 p.m.Traffic was backed up to Buffalo Speedway at 3:30 p.m.Road Condition Information:
