Investigators Find Dogs Chained Up With Filthy Water, Without Food
The Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals rescued 22 dogs outside an abandoned home in Dayton.Investigators said the dogs were found chained up without food and only filthy water to drink.The dogs are now receiving treatment for malnutrition, severe hair loss, tumors and leg injuries.So far, no charges have been filed against their owner.Copyright 2004 by Click2Houston.com.
