4 men sought for armed home invasion in southwest Houston

Thieves wake up homeowner with gun to his head

HOUSTON – Police are searching for four crooks who they said tied up a homeowner and ransacked a home in southwest Houston on Sunday morning.

The homeowner said he was sound asleep when the four suspects shook him to wake him up in the 7600 block of Miller. Then, he said, the men put a gun to his head before spending two hours ransacking his home.

Police said the suspects broke in through the back door of the house, looking for money and jewelry.

Neighbors said they have never had crimes like this happen in their area.

"You never know," said neighbor, Jean Noel. "If it happened to him, he is right there. I could happen to me."

Police are searching for the four thieves.
