Deputies found the 16-year-old at a home where they found evidence from several recent car break-ins and a burglary.

Officials arrested Rupp, Bourgeois and Williamson soon after.

Investigators say the group targeted unlocked cars in the Cape Conroe, April Sound, Lake Conroe Forest, and Tejas Creek neighborhoods.

During one incident, the group found a vehicle with its keys still inside. That car was driven to a store in Conroe that they burglarized. Officials say ten stolen firearms and several other stolen items were recovered as part of their investigation.

Rupp is charged with burglary, Bourgeois is charged with possession of a controlled substance and Williamson is charged with theft of a firearm by possession.
