Police: Driver Runs Light, Hits METRORail Train

HOUSTON -- A driver ran a red light and hit a METRORail light-rail train Friday afternoon, police told Local 2.
Investigators said the motorist was traveling eastbound on Jefferson at Main shortly before 5 p.m. when she hit the train.No one was injured.
Police said the driver will be ticketed.It was the 64th accident involving METRORail.
