Police said the man owned a store in Willowbrook Mall, Highway 249 at FM 1960.When he did not answer the phone, his family became concerned. When they arrived at the store around 11:30 a.m., they discovered the unidentified man had shot himself once in the chest.LifeFlight Helicopter took the 55-year-old man to Memorial Hermann Hospital.The victim's identity and the store were not released.The man was having financial problems, according to authorities.Copyright 2004 by Click2Houston.com.
