Former Halliburton employee Marie DeYoung said the company made no effort to hold down costs because everything was passed on to taxpayers.DeYoung showed News2Houston documents detailing the alleged waste, which included $50,000 charges for sodas ($45 per case) and $1 million per month to clean clothes.The former Halliburton worker said the company responded to her complaints, saying, " We can be as dumb and stupid as we want in the first year of war ... nobody's going to care. They're using war an excuse but it's not the war.
