Ochoa Faces Up To 45 Days In Prison
Claudio Ochoa Jr. pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge of enticing a child away from custody. He was originally charged with one count of indecency with a child and one count of sexual assault of a child.He was accused of having sex with two students at Galena Park High School, where he worked as a substitute teacher in April 2003.Prosecutors said he allegedly led two girls away from the school during lunch.The Class B misdemeanor includes a maximum 45-day prison sentence.Sentencing will be held July 9.Copyright 2004 by Click2Houston.com.
