GALVESTON, Texas - Three people are safely back on dry land after authorities say their boat capsized in Galveston Bay.

The Coast Guard said they received a report from another boater around 8:30 Saturday morning. Another boater reported seeing three people in the water after their 21-foot boat capsized.

All three people were brought aboard the good Samaritan's boat until rescue crews arrived.

The Coast Guard reports one person was treated for a broken leg.

It's not clear what caused the boat to sink.
