Arson investigators are looking into the cause of the fire at a home in Montrose.
The fire started around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Gray.
Officials said three people were inside the house when the fire started. They were alerted of the flames by passing citizens.
Fire officials said wind fueled the flames making it difficult for firefighters to control the blaze.
Investigators said there was no electricity in the home and believe the fire was started by a small fire burning in a bedroom.
Everyone got out safely and no injuries were reported.
