Three people have been arrested after police said they stole merchandise from a Palais Royal in west Houston.
It happened at the store on Westheimer on November 22.
Investigators said 54-year-old Mary McClendon, 30-year-old Dale Frankin and 50-year-old Diane Austin concealed $1,060 worth of clothes, jackets, cologne and other merchandise before walking out without paying.
Police said this was not the first time the three suspects tried to steal from the store. The store’s loss prevention investigator reviewed surveillance footage and said they recognized the three suspects from an earlier incident.
All three are charged with organized retail theft.
