3 charged with assault after threatening to set victim on fire

HOUSTON - Three suspects have been charged with aggravated assault after a verbal dispute ended with an ignitable fluid thrown on the victim.

The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office responded to a call on the 400 block of Brushy Glen Drive on February 3.

Officials said Raphael Malveaux III, Keioney Gray and Dominique Crawford threatened to set the victim on fire with a lighter.

There were no injuries.

Bond for the three suspects was set at $30,000.
