MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Three men have been charged in a man's killing.
Mikhail Drake, 20, Justin Story, 20, and David Williams, 20, have all been charged with capital murder.

Montgomery County sheriff's deputies said the trio shot Alfredo Medina, 37, during a robbery at a home in the 24100 block of Zahn Road in the Magnolia area about 9 p.m. Sunday.
A neighbor took Medina to a fire station in Rosehill, where he died.
Drake, Story and Williams have all been taken into custody.
