Brian Magee said.Capuli was arrested and charged with harboring a runaway and officials are investigating to see if he had a sexual relationship with the teens.
The girls were placed in the custody of Harris County officials until their parents could pick them up.Detectives are warning parents to keep a close eye on their children's Internet activity."(The Internet) is a tool our society has come to depend on, but because it is, in my opinion, a wide open market, it's got to be controlled, it's got to be monitored," Magee said. The FBI is also investigating the incident, since the teens crossed state lines.Copyright 2003 by Click2Houston.com.
