A customer at a Woodforest tanning salon reported the business' owner to police after she caught the man watching her with a hand-held mirror while she had her clothes off.

The patron said she was only in the booth for 12 minutes, but during that time she said she was violated.

She claimed that the northwest Harris County business owner, Christopher Perkins, watched her tan during her first visit to the salon on Monday.

"I started to lift the lid up to get out. He was looking down with a little mirror at me," the patron said. "We quickly made eye contact."

She quickly got dressed and asked to speak to employees who were in the room next to her. She also asked to speak to the manager.

The workers told her that the manager was in the room next to her.

"I go for the first time and look what happens to me," the patron said. "No, I won't be tanning there again."

Perkins was charged with a class C misdemeanor of disorderly conduct. He is expected to report in front of a judge in November to answer to the charge.
