Fire Burned Building At Champions Pointe Apartments

HOUSTON -- A two-alarm fire ripped through a northwest Harris County apartment building on Friday, KPRC Local 2 reported.
The fire broke out at in the attic of a building at the Champions Pointe Apartments on Antoine Drive near Veterans Memorial Drive around 1 p.m.Sixteen families were displaced and four vacant apartments were damaged, officials said.No injuries were reported.The Harris County fire marshal's office said the fire was electrical in nature.
