Selvin Omar Lopez Wanted In Joseph Vasquez's Death

HOUSTON -- A mother pleaded for help to find the person suspected of killing her son, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.
Houston police said Selvin Omar Lopez, Joseph Vasquez and another person got into an argument at the Brompton Court Apartments in the 1300 block of Witte Road at about 9 p.m. on Feb. 13.Investigators said Lopez pulled out a gun and shot Vasquez and the other person. Both were taken to a hospital and Vasquez, 16, died. The other person survived."Help me bring justice for myself, my family, my granddaughter, who will never get to know who her father is," said Vasquez's mother, Paula Garza.Anyone with information regarding Lopez's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
