HOUSTON – Lieutenent Gov. David Dewhurst was in Houston Thursday, speaking to a crowd of more than 1,500 business and community leaders at the Luncheon and Business Expo put on by the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Representatives from more than 70 companies were on hand, showcasing products and services at the Hilton Americas in downtown Houston.
