HUMBLE, Texas -- Two flashers have been exposing themselves to residents at a Humble apartment complex, deputies told KPRC Local 2 Monday.
Women said they've been flashed while walking to their car, while on their balconies and while working out at the fitness center at the Eagle Crest Apartments in the 5300 block of Atascocita Road.
Several victims said they now live in fear for themselves and their children.
"We don't have any kind of peace," one woman said. "Our children can't feel safe to go outside. As women, we don't walk the property to take our trash to the trashcan. We don't walk our dogs alone. We band together, two or three at at a time."
On Thursday, a 15-year old-resident was arrested. He insists it's a case of mistaken identity
There's also a warrant out for the arrest of a former resident.
Anyone with information about the flashers is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
