HOUSTON -- An evening with friends on a go-cart turned fatal for a 16-year-old boy in southeast Houston, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.Witnesses said the teen crashed into a car in a parking lot at the Windshire Apartments in the 4400 block of South Shaver at about 6:30 p.m.The boy was visiting friends at the complex when he hopped into a go-cart.Investigators said he drove in front of a car and crashed.He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.No charges have been filed against the car's driver.The teen's name was not released.
