HUMBLE, Texas – A man accused of killing his girlfriend in October is back in custody in Houston.
Troy Clay, 42, was arrested by police in Mexico near the California border. He was wanted for killing Melissa Morden in her Humble apartment and then calling her mother to report the crime.

Clay is now at the Harris County Jail facing murder charges and is scheduled to appear in court Sunday.
