HOUSTON – A 2-year-old girl was taken to the hospital via LifeFlight after choking on food and then falling into a pool around 4:30 p.m. at a house in the 33000 block of Blue Marlin Dr. in Richwood on Saturday.
Her parents looked away for a second, and that's all it took for the girl to end up at the bottom of the pool.

The parents pulled her out of the water and performed CPR until her heart began to beat again.
The child was concious when she was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
