FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas -

Two teens have been arrested in connection to an aggravated assault at a Fort Bend County convenience store.

The incident happened May 1 at a Food Mart Exxon in the 17100 block of Beechnut in the Mission Bend area.  According to deputies, Darius Kennedy, 17, and Devin Webber, 19, got into an altercation with two victims while inside the convenience store.

Investigators say Kennedy and Webber pulled out a gun and shots were fired. No one was hurt.  The suspects took off in a car.

After an investigation, both Kennedy and Webber were identified as suspects and arrested. 

Kennedy was apprehended and is in the Fort Bend County Jail under a $150,000 bond.

Webber is in jail in Harris County on unrelated charges.  He is expected to be extradited to Fort Bend County.

Webber also has a bond of $150,000.
