HPD: Truck driver failed to yield to car

Two people were be flown to a hospital after two vehicle collided in southwest Houston on Monday.
Houston police said the wreck happened on Briar Forest Drive near Crystal Hills Drive shortly after 1:15 a.m.
Detectives said the driver of a car on Crystal Hills Drive didn't yield to a pickup truck on Briar Forest Drive.
The pickup truck hit the car and forced it into the median.
Two people in the car were rushed to a hospital in serious condition.
Officials have not said if the driver of the pickup truck was hurt.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
