HOUSTON – Two Houston Police Department officers and six others were been taken to the hospital after an officer-involved accident in south Houston on Thursday.
A Houston Police Department SUV was involved in the five-vehicle crash on the service road of SH 288, according to Houston TranStar cameras.
Two feeder road lanes near Holly Hall Street were closed, but as of 8:37 p.m., the accident was cleared.
