Detectives said one of the robbers went into the store and asked about a payment plan. He was given a credit application. A short time later, the second robber came in and walked toward the back of the store.

The first man then pulled out a gun, pointed it at a customer and demanded she get on the ground, investigators said. He then forced the storeowner to hand over the keys for the jewelry cases, police said.

Investigators said the first man jumped over the counter and tried to open the cases, but he couldn't. He then gave the keys back to the storeowner and demanded her to open them, which she did, detectives said.

While the first robber was taking the jewelry, the second one held two employees at gunpoint and handcuffed them with zip ties, officials said.

Police said the men got away with an undetermined amount of jewelry.

The first robber was described as black with a light complexion, about 5 feet 11 inches tall with a thin build, a fade haircut and he was clean-shaven. He was last seen wearing a beige long-sleeved shirt with a tie and brown pants.

The second robber was described as black with a dark complexion, about 6 feet tall with a muscular build, a medium-style haircut and he was unshaven. He was last seen wearing a pullover, mustard-colored with green strips, long-sleeved "South Pole" shirt and dark-colored jeans.
