HOUSTON -

A birthday party turned violent when bullets started to fly, according to authorities.

The shooting happened Friday night at a home on Katelyn Manor Lane near Fletcher Way.

Investigators said an altercation between two people turned into a fight. Eventually, a group of men left the party and began to drive off in a white, four-door vehicle, police said. Before they got very far, police said the car stopped, two people with guns got out and opened fire on the home.

Two men, ages 23 and 18, were hit and had to be taken to the hospital in fair but good condition, officials said.

So far, no arrests have been made.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
