DALLAS -

A man and woman have been fatally shot in the head at a Dallas apartment complex.

A neighbor has been arrested and his wife is being questioned by police after the shooting just after 8 a.m. Monday.

A witness tells The Dallas Morning News she heard at least eight gunshots.

Witnesses also say the shooting may have been the culmination of complaints from a resident about noise from dogs and children at an apartment where at least one of the victims was gunned down.
