2 charged with prostitution after offering sex acts to undercover constables, authorities say

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Two women were charged with prostitution after offering sexual acts to undercover constables at a northwest Harris County spa Monday, according to investigators.

Authorities said they initiated an investigation after receiving complaints of prostitution and possible human trafficking at the LL Spa in the 11000 block of Huffmeister Road.

Ping G Du and Shu-Chen Deng both offered sexual acts in exchange for money to undercover constables, according to investigators. They were both charged with prostitution.

“In addition to the criminal charges, civil penalties are being sought by Harris County in order to close the illicit massage parlor down permanently,” Constable Mark Herman said.

There were no indications of human trafficking found.
