HOUSTON – Two people have been arrested and charged with capital murder for the shooting of Brian Quintero Medrano, 23, at 9810 Meadowglen Lane on Oct. 18, 2015, around 12:30 a.m., according to police.
Isaiah Williams, 21, was arrested July 20 and Taylor Janiece Davis, 22, was arrested July 21. Both were arrested without incident, police said.

Officers arrived at the scene to find Medrano lying in a grassy area near an apartment complex with apparent gunshot wounds, according to police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported seeing two people leaving the scene.
Police were able to identify Williams and Davis as the suspects in the case.
