HOUSTON – Two employees of an unlicensed massage parlor have been arrested, investigators said.
Harris County sheriff's deputies and Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables said they ran a joint operation at Three Leaf at 2120 East F.M. 1960 this month.

Deputies said they filed two counts of prostitution against Lan T. Phan, 48 after she agreed to have sex with an undercover deputy for $150. During an interview, she tried to give investigators $2,000 to release her from custody, detectives said. She was then charged with bribery.
The manager of the business, Thu Ha Thi Tran, 42, was arrested and charged with operating an unlicensed massage parlor.
Detectives said they seized about $2,500 in cash that was proceeds from illegal activities.
