HOUSTON -- Tips to Crime Stoppers led to the arrests of two wanted men, KPRC Local 2 reported.Anthony Hill was wanted in a robbery and shooting of a clerk at a cellular phone store in the 6000 block of Antoine Drive on June 10.Crime Stoppers officials said they received a tip that Hill may have been in Calvert, Texas. On June 26, Calvert police arrested Hill at the location the tipster gave.Onesimus Thomas was featured in Crime Stoppers' "School's Out - Keep Our Kids Safe" campaign on June 30.Crime Stoppers received a tip on July 1 that Thomas was in Austin. The Travis County Sheriff's Office arrested him on July 2.Thomas was accused of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.Crime Stoppers pays up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, charging and arrest of felony suspects. Anyone with information regarding persons wanted in felony cases is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
